To build theoretical clarity around group relations frameworks and their application, GRI offers online reading groups where participants with prior experience of having participated in a Group Relations workshop read selected texts and present their understanding as well as the application of GR concepts. Reading Groups, offered periodically since 2013, were initially face to face events, and moved to an online format since 2016.
