In the group relations tradition, we privilege learning about human systems, keeping the lens of the unconscious as central to the inquiry. The methodology is based on direct experience - viz learning from what one experiences in the here & now. Our experiential programmes thus have a significant component of direct experiential learning. The stance of these events is one of developing a spirit of enquiry into one’s experience through attention, exploration, experimentation, reflection, and the capacity to wonder.
